Magda specialises in transfer pricing issues, including analysing, reviewing and preparing tax documentation. She provides support for executive, expatriate and other staff in respect of all aspects of personal taxation and social security contributions. Magda actively supports foreign companies in VAT refund proceedings. She provides ongoing tax advisory services, support during tax inspections and helps in applying for tax rulings.
Privately Magda likes to spend her free time actively with family, her husband and two children. Her interest include skiing, impressionist art and reading.
Piotr Baran
Tax Manager
Piotr’s expertise covers a wide spectrum of tax matters, with particular emphasis on tax planning. He advises on tax structuring and optimisation and brings substantial commercial legal expertise into his tax planning advice. Piotr provides ongoing tax hotline assistance to clients and supports charities and other non-profit organisations. He also has extensive experience in tax audits and due diligence.
